- What if I want to golf in the middle of the night - Is Pure Golf open?
Yep! We're a 24/7 facility. You want to bring your family over Christmas morning? Just book the time and it's yours! Suffering from insomnia and can't stop thinking about your swing at 3am? Check our booking page and see if a bay is free!
The beauty of Pure Golf is we're always open. No matter the weather or if the sun is shining or now, conditions are always perfect.
- Do my membership hours roll over in to the next month?
No, they do not. It's best to take maximum advantage of your membership hours. Also - there are no long term contracts so if you need to pause your membership for a month or two then just let us know and we'll be glad to accommodate!
- Can I bring a friend? Can I bring a lot of friends?
You bet! The more the merrier. At Pure Golf, you pay for the bay, not the number of golfers. Wanna host an open house for a few hours and have potential clients come and go as they please? Do it! Feel like throwing a birthday party for your teenager? We can't think of a better place to have it.
- How do I book a lesson with Steve or Dane?
When you visit our Booking Page, there is a dropdown labeled 'Choose Service' - in that menu you'll find an option to rent the simulator, or to book both Child and Adult golf lessons with Steve or Dane. All we ask for is at least a 24 hour window before you book so we can make your schedule work with their schedule.
- How will I know how to setup the bay on my first visit?
Customer Service is one of our foundational keys to being amazing here. We'll know you're new and when you book your spot one of our awesome founders will communicate with you directly about that visit. We'll meet you at Pure Golf, let you in, show you the ropes, and help you get started. Please note this service is only available from 8am to 10pm.
- What if I book my time, but can't make it? How do cancellations work?
Our system allows you to cancel up to 4 hours prior to you scheduled appointment, that is the minimum for you to do it on your own. If your appointment is less than 4 hours away, you will need to call us.
